Quality Verification Prior to Dispatch: Before dispatch, medicines undergo structured checks to ensure: Packaging integrity and tamper evidence Correct labeling and documentation Compliance with recommended storage and handling conditions Where applicable, product traceability practices, including serialization and Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD)–aligned controls, are followed to further strengthen safeguards against counterfeit or diverted products. Secure Logistics and WHO-GDP–Certified Handling: Maintaining product safety beyond sourcing is equally critical. We collaborate with WHO-GDP certified logistics partners who are experienced in handling specialty, rare, and critical medicines. Our logistics processes include: Validated transportation and handling procedures Temperature-controlled solutions, where required Documented chain of custody Continuous monitoring to preserve product integrity during transit These measures ensure that medicines reach healthcare providers and patients in a condition consistent with manufacturer specifications, even across international supply routes.
