Revuforj (revumenib) is a menin inhibitor approved by the FDA for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute leukemia with a KMT2A translocation, and relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with a susceptible NPM1 mutation, in adult and pediatric patients one year of age and older.
Revuforj blocks the interaction between menin and the KMT2A (MLL) protein, disrupting a key signaling pathway that drives leukemic cell growth in patients whose leukemia carries a KMT2A translocation or NPM1 mutation.
Revuforj is intended for patients with relapsed or refractory acute leukemia confirmed to carry a KMT2A translocation, or relapsed or refractory AML with an NPM1 mutation, where no satisfactory alternative treatment exists.
Revuforj is dosed based on body weight and concomitant medicines, typically 270 mg orally twice daily without a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, or 160 mg orally twice daily with a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor, taken fasted or with a low-fat meal.
Boxed Warning — Revuforj: Differentiation syndrome, which can be fatal, has occurred with Revuforj. QTc interval prolongation and Torsades de Pointes have also occurred in patients receiving Revuforj.
Differentiation syndrome can present with fever, dyspnea, pulmonary infiltrates, and hypotension. It requires immediate corticosteroid therapy and close monitoring; treatment interruption may be needed for severe cases.
Electrolyte abnormalities should be corrected before starting treatment, and ECG monitoring is recommended during therapy. Concomitant use with other QT-prolonging medicines should be approached with caution.
Revuforj may cause fetal harm. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for four months after the final dose.

Revuforj is manufactured and marketed by Syndax Pharmaceuticals. It is sourced through authorized distribution channels for patients seeking named-patient import into India.
Patients typically need a valid prescription from a treating hematologist-oncologist confirming leukemia diagnosis and KMT2A translocation or NPM1 mutation testing results. NPP's regulatory team assists in preparing and verifying the documentation needed for a compliant import.
As an FDA-approved therapy for relapsed or refractory acute leukemia, Revuforj is sourced through authorized channels and imported under GDP-compliant logistics to preserve product quality throughout transit.
NPP sources Revuforj directly from authorized pharmaceutical distributors to ensure product authenticity and full traceability. Every shipment is handled under Good Distribution Practice (GDP) conditions from origin to the patient's doorstep.
Revuforj should be stored at 20°C to 25°C, with excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C, and this condition is maintained throughout transit.
Once documentation and regulatory approvals are in place, delivery timelines are communicated transparently at the time of quotation, accounting for import clearance and last-mile logistics to the patient's city.
