Tazverik (tazemetostat) is an EZH2 inhibitor approved by the FDA for two indications: treatment of adult and pediatric patients 16 years and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma not eligible for complete resection, and treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma whose tumor is EZH2-mutated (as detected by an FDA-approved test) or who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.
Tazverik inhibits EZH2, an enzyme involved in regulating gene expression. In epithelioid sarcoma, loss of the INI1/SMARCB1 protein leads to dependence on EZH2 activity for tumor growth, while in certain follicular lymphomas, mutations in the EZH2 gene itself drive abnormal cell proliferation. Blocking EZH2 helps slow tumor growth in both settings.
Tazverik is used in two distinct populations: patients with epithelioid sarcoma not eligible for surgical removal, and patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma, particularly those with a confirmed EZH2 mutation.
The recommended dose of Tazverik is 800 mg taken orally twice daily, continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Tazverik does not carry a formal FDA boxed warning. However, patients and prescribers should be aware of the following important safety information.
Secondary malignancies, including T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia, and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, have been reported. Patients should be monitored for signs of secondary cancers during and after treatment.
Tazverik may cause fetal harm. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for a period after the final dose, as advised by the treating physician.
Tazverik is metabolized through CYP3A. Concomitant use with strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors or inducers should be avoided or approached with caution, as directed by the treating physician.

Tazverik is manufactured and marketed by Epizyme, Inc., an Ipsen company. It is sourced through authorized distribution channels for patients seeking named-patient import into India.
Patients typically need a valid prescription from a treating oncologist confirming diagnosis and, where applicable, EZH2 mutation testing results. NPP's regulatory team assists in preparing and verifying the documentation needed for a compliant import.
As an FDA-approved therapy for epithelioid sarcoma and EZH2-mutated follicular lymphoma, Tazverik is sourced through authorized channels and imported under GDP-compliant logistics to preserve product quality throughout transit.
NPP sources Tazverik directly from authorized pharmaceutical distributors to ensure product authenticity and full traceability. Every shipment is handled under Good Distribution Practice (GDP) conditions from origin to the patient's doorstep.
Tazverik should not be stored above 30°C, and this condition is maintained throughout transit.
Once documentation and regulatory approvals are in place, delivery timelines are communicated transparently at the time of quotation, accounting for import clearance and last-mile logistics to the patient's city.
