Has your doctor in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad or Faridabad prescribed a medicine that you can't find at any chemist in India? It can often still be imported legally for you, on a named patient basis, against your doctor's prescription.
That is what our team does from our office in Sector 62, Noida. We check your documents, give you the price and timeline up front, and arrange temperature-controlled delivery to you anywhere in NCR.
Prescription-based import
Supplied on a named patient basis against your doctor's prescription.
Temperature-controlled shipping
Cold-chain packing for medicines that must stay refrigerated.
Delivery to Delhi NCR
Usually 7–15 days, depending on documents and logistics.
Authorised sourcing
Medicines sourced through authorised channels, in line with Indian import rules.
Many newer cancer and rare-disease medicines are approved by regulators abroad, such as the US FDA, the European Medicines Agency or Japan's PMDA, years before they are registered in India. Some never come to the Indian market at all. Your oncologist or specialist may still decide that one of them is the right treatment for you.
When that happens, the medicine can be brought into India for you as an individual patient. This is called a Named Patient Program. The import runs under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 and CDSCO requirements. The medicine is meant only for the patient named on the prescription. It cannot be resold or kept as hospital stock. You can read more on our page about Indian import rules for patient-specific medicines.
Delhi NCR is one of the country's biggest treatment hubs. Patients from across North India come here for cancer care, transplants and specialist treatment. Often it is a son, daughter or spouse who ends up running between the hospital and the chemist, trying to find a medicine nobody stocks.
Our office is at I-Thum Business Park, Sector 62, Noida, so we're in the same city as you and your doctor. You can reach the team Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and on Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. If something is unclear in a prescription, we can speak to your doctor's clinic directly instead of passing messages back and forth.
Send us your enquiry along with your doctor's prescription. To avoid delays, the prescription should be on the hospital or clinic letterhead. It needs the doctor's name, registration number and signature. It should also give the patient's name, the diagnosis, the medicine, its strength, the dose, how long the treatment will last and the quantity needed. Our prescription guidelines list everything in one place.
We review the prescription and any supporting papers, such as a diagnosis summary or treatment history. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what is needed, so you don't have to guess.
You get the treatment details, the price and the expected delivery time before anything is ordered. The final price depends on the medicine, the pack size and international shipping.
The medicine is sourced through authorised channels and imported for the named patient. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 days. The exact time depends on the documents, customs clearance and logistics for that particular medicine.
In May and June, Delhi afternoons regularly cross 40°C, and that matters. Many injectable cancer medicines, including Trodelvy and Blincyto vials, have to stay refrigerated at 2–8°C until they are used. We ship these in validated insulated packaging, and temperature records are checked after delivery. You can read how this works on our temperature-controlled shipping page.
One practical tip: make sure someone is home when the parcel is due, and move the medicine into the fridge straight away. Do not put it in the freezer. If the package looks damaged when it arrives, call us before you use the medicine.
Most of the medicines on this page are for cancer, including breast, lung, ovarian, bowel, kidney and blood cancers. A few treat rare inflammatory and growth disorders, a serious liver complication after stem cell transplant, and hard-to-treat bacterial infections. The full list is in the medicine section below. If you would like to understand the illness first, these guides are a good starting point:
