Veozah (fezolinetant) is a neurokinin 3 (NK3) receptor antagonist approved by the FDA for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes) due to menopause.
Veozah blocks the NK3 receptor in the brain's temperature-regulation center, helping to rebalance the neuronal activity that becomes disrupted by declining estrogen levels during menopause and drives hot flashes and night sweats. Unlike hormone therapy, Veozah works through a non-hormonal mechanism.
Veozah is intended for women experiencing moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause who are seeking a non-hormonal treatment option.
The recommended dose of Veozah is 45 mg taken orally once daily, at approximately the same time each day, with or without food.
Boxed Warning — Veozah: Hepatotoxicity has occurred with the use of Veozah in the postmarketing setting. Hepatic laboratory tests should be performed prior to initiation of treatment. Veozah should not be started if either aminotransferase level is 2 times the upper limit of normal or greater, or if total bilirubin is 2 times the upper limit of normal or greater.
Follow-up hepatic laboratory testing is recommended monthly for the first three months of treatment, and again at months six and nine.
Veozah should be discontinued immediately if transaminase levels exceed 5 times the upper limit of normal, or exceed 3 times the upper limit of normal accompanied by a total bilirubin greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal.
Veozah is contraindicated in patients with known cirrhosis, severe renal impairment or end-stage renal disease, and when used with CYP1A2 inhibitors.

Veozah is manufactured and marketed by Astellas US LLC. It is sourced through authorized distribution channels for patients seeking named-patient import into India.
Patients typically need a valid prescription from a treating gynecologist or physician confirming menopause diagnosis and symptom severity. NPP's regulatory team assists in preparing and verifying the documentation needed for a compliant import.
As an FDA-approved non-hormonal therapy for menopausal vasomotor symptoms, Veozah is sourced through authorized channels and imported under GDP-compliant logistics to preserve product quality throughout transit.
NPP sources Veozah directly from authorized pharmaceutical distributors to ensure product authenticity and full traceability. Every shipment is handled under Good Distribution Practice (GDP) conditions from origin to the patient's doorstep.
Veozah should be stored at 20°C to 25°C, with excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C, and this condition is maintained throughout transit.
