Vosevi (sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir) is a fixed-dose combination antiviral approved by the FDA for the treatment of adult patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis, across genotypes 1 through 6, who have previously been treated with an NS5A inhibitor-containing regimen, or genotype 1a or 3 patients previously treated with sofosbuvir without an NS5A inhibitor.
Vosevi combines three direct-acting antivirals that target different steps of the HCV lifecycle: sofosbuvir inhibits the NS5B polymerase, velpatasvir inhibits NS5A, and voxilaprevir inhibits the NS3/4A protease. Together, this triple combination is designed to be effective even in patients who did not achieve cure with prior NS5A-inhibitor-based therapy.
Vosevi is intended for treatment-experienced HCV patients who did not achieve sustained virologic response with a prior regimen, offering a retreatment option across a broad range of genotypes.
The recommended dose of Vosevi is one tablet taken orally once daily with food, for a treatment duration of 12 weeks.
Boxed Warning — Vosevi: Test all patients for evidence of current or prior hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection before initiating treatment with Vosevi. HBV reactivation has been reported in HCV/HBV coinfected patients who were undergoing or had completed treatment with HCV direct-acting antivirals and were not receiving HBV antiviral therapy. Some cases have resulted in fulminant hepatitis, hepatic failure, and death. Monitor HCV/HBV coinfected patients for hepatitis flare or HBV reactivation during and after treatment.
Cases of hepatic decompensation and hepatic failure, including fatal cases, have been reported in patients treated with HCV direct-acting antivirals, mostly in patients with cirrhosis.
Serious symptomatic bradycardia has been reported when Vosevi is coadministered with amiodarone. Coadministration is not recommended, and alternative antiviral therapy should be considered if amiodarone use cannot be avoided.
Coadministration with P-glycoprotein inducers or moderate to strong CYP2B6, CYP2C8, or CYP3A4 inducers is not recommended, as this may significantly reduce Vosevi's effectiveness.

Vosevi is manufactured and marketed by Gilead Sciences. It is sourced through authorized distribution channels for patients seeking named-patient import into India.
Patients typically need a valid prescription from a treating hepatologist or infectious disease specialist confirming HCV diagnosis, genotype, and prior treatment history. NPP's regulatory team assists in preparing and verifying the documentation needed for a compliant import.
As an FDA-approved therapy for treatment-experienced chronic HCV infection, Vosevi is sourced through authorized channels and imported under GDP-compliant logistics to preserve product quality throughout transit.
NPP sources Vosevi directly from authorized pharmaceutical distributors to ensure product authenticity and full traceability. Every shipment is handled under Good Distribution Practice (GDP) conditions from origin to the patient's doorstep.
Vosevi should be stored below 30°C, and this condition is maintained throughout transit.
Once documentation and regulatory approvals are in place, delivery timelines are communicated transparently at the time of quotation, accounting for import clearance and last-mile logistics to the patient's city.
